Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items:

Gift cards.

Products that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition.

Damaged items due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at niaygrace@accookeare.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the return shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every item before shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at niaygrace@accookeare.com. Please include photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
