Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. They do not include our processing time.

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (if available)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the contiguous United States.

Shipment Issues & Lost Packages
If you encounter any issues with your shipment or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at niaygrace@accookeare.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not liable for delays once the package is in the possession of the carrier.
